What is the name of your state? I am living in california, was married in wyoming, however, we resided in AZ for the past 2 1/2 years, I am wondering which state forms i need to use? (He lives in AZ), and also where I can find them online.

My response:

If you've been living in California for 6 months, and in the same County for 3 months, you can file in California. The forms, alone, won't help you. You need the instruction pamphlet too. So, go to your nearest courthouse, Family Law department filing window, and pick up the pamphlet AND the required forms.

Good luck.
