What is the name of your state? Texas
I was wondering, if you have a divorce filed with the courts and no lawyers involved and the one that filed keeps posponing the divorce can the other party file more divorce papers( so it would end up being divorce papers filed two times for the same divorce)

If your question is can you file a brand new, separate, divorce case the answer is no. However if you get yourself and attorney then its possible your attorney can move the existing case forward.
