What is the name of your state? new york state

If you signed a divorce paper in the presence of your spouses attorney & you were not represented & just signed it a week ago & now a week later you over read it & there are things you dispute can you object to what you signed? Or do you need to file a petition in family court??

The objections are:

It was written down that the mother had sole custody instead of joint & also it states I am soley responsible for all of the child care expense not a pro-rata amount.

Its pretty much too late now. You signed it. However go get yourself a consult with a local attorney to see if there is anything that can be done.
