Divorce

What is the name of your state? Mississipppi
I live in a small town Picayune,MS. and have been married for 15 years in that time I have not worked due to my husbands request for me not to. prior to that I worked for a home health agency and supported my 2 children. I want a divorce adn he doesnt. is there a way around the fighting. we have a son who will be 18 in Nov. adn a son who is 12. I want to do the least dammage possiable for all concerned. what do I need to do?

Is there a reason for divulging that little tid bit? Did he chain you to the home or otherwise prevent you from working by any chance?

Get an attorney and file for divorce.
