How did your two children die? What are the income levels? Who earns what? For how long? What are the education levels? More information is definitely necessary.

Nothing stated by me should be taken as giving you legal advice or forming an attorney/client relationship. The devil is in the details after all.

No you are not entitled to alimony at all, whether your request for alimony is based on a 12 year marriage and/or two deceased children.

Get a job if you don't have one.
