What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
Uttarpradesh , India

---need help ,should i proceed with you ?

Seeing as how unless I missed a big announcement, India is NOT part of the U.S. -- the answer is no.

And why not? There are more US companies in India employing Indians than US companies in North Dakota employing Americans!!

I almost wrote that if I did miss the big announcement the number of jumps outsourced would drop hugely!
