What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? pennsylvania
i sent my wife 1 of 3 sets of divorce papers certified how many ays does she have,she also doesnt thik they are legal so she refuses to sign them

She is not required to sign them, ever.

File in court for a contest divorce at this point; her obvious reluctance to divorce is apparent.

The JUDGE can divorce y'all.

What do you have in your paperwork about parenting time/ child support?
