Question
I am from the Dallas, Texas area. A friend of mine has been going through a divorce since April 1999. They call there lawyer and ask about it every month, but all the lawyer says is He's waiting on a court date. I know that the Dallas County courts are busy, but this seems a little bit to much. Is this normal or is there anything my friend can do to speed this up?
