i filed for divorce 12/4/2000. My attorney told me to contact my husband to tell him the papers were in the mail. All he had to do was sign. (NO fault, no children, no property to divide.) I contacted his office and left a message since he would not answer my calls. I contacted my attorney and informed her of what I had done. I have had NO other contact or correspondence from my attorney since then. How do I go about getting my money back and filing with another attorney? We were married 8/23/99, and separated 4/9/2000.
