new york my husband says he went to a lawyer today and said he was getting a divorce on the grounds of mental anguish and everyone knows that i am the one who has been abused in this relationship. i am disabled and cant work and most all the stuff in this house was mine before marriage i am on ssi but only got 100 everyother month because of his income but he is gone now so i dont know how that will work i wanted to know will he have to pay spousal support considering i dont work and havent and cant
