I live in sc in a difference city then my ex for about 4 years now but separated for 6 1/2 with two kids, renting he's order to pay $100 a month child support he will not contest the divorce, he doesn't work. i can't afford a divorce on my paycheck and a f/t student . Is there any do it yourself forms or cheaper way out than using a lawyer. help me please.:

Check with your county to see if they have a legal aid socity to help you with your fees and get a divorce based on your income. Your stbx will probably have to have a reason for not working(disability or such) to get away with such a low amount of cs for two kids.
