What is the name of your state? Currently reside in NY state. Marriage took place in Colorado.

My husband Robert and I were married on 6/26/96, in an impulsive last minute mans of bonding before he was to turn himself into NY state for an outstanding warrant. Since that time I have spoken to him once, briefly when he said he would sign a non-contested divorce. I am now unable to locate him. He is not listed, could be incarcerated again, or worse. Either way, I wish to dissolve this union and move on with my life. What are my options??? Can someone please advise me?
