Divorce almost final....but...

Oklahoma. Here's the deal, my wife/ex wife and I have signed the divorce papers. However, the divorce papers have not been filed yet, I am in the middle of buying a new house. I am receiving a large loan from my parents out of one of their CD's to buy this house, therefor the house will be paid for with cash. This loan is set up as a loan, not a gift. Will she have to sign all the papers on the house I am buying or just one piece of paper saying she is not responsible for the property?
