i have been married for 22 years and have two childeren i own two houses and a truck and car and van. my husband is having a afair for 4 months and said that he is in love with her but dont want to divorce me . he has not filed his income taxes in three years i had a job for 12 years and paid some of the taxes with my checks. he owes taxes because he is selfemployed. i would like to know if it would be better for me to get a anulement or a divorce and what would i have to pay on taxes. i have proff of the affair and what has been paided by me and he has not paid anything. i pay all the bill and my childeren are ages.17 and 19 . i would like to get some advice before i file my taxes because i would have money coming back.and can i file sepate .
