divorce/bankruptcy

What is the name of your state? Colorado
I was sweettalked into financing a house and 2 workvans(in my name only) for my husband (who I only new for 1 mo b4 marraige) I have since found out that he tells a lot of lies and halftruths and I am seeking divorce. I was trying to be civil and just went to a mediator to have them decree that he makes the payments on these items. Do I have any other options to get my name off of these things? What happens if I file bankruptcy? Do they take everything away? Any advice besides "why were you so stupid?" would be GREATLY appreciated.

Well...you could certainly sell the work vans to get rid of the payments (although you may be upside down on them), after all, they are your property.

Filing bankruptcy should be a last resort. However yes, if you did and you did not reaffirm the loans, then they would be repo'd.
