divorce and child support

Ok. I've been Divorced from my ex's for 1year This Month,
But i've been moved back in with him for about 5months and it's not working out.I was court order on child support, And he told me i didn't have to pay child support while i was here,
So will he have to take me back to court and have it modified or what...I need to no...thanks

I've been waiting on a response...I need some advice on my child support issues. Since i've lived with him after the divorce for 5 months ...will i still have to keep up the child support.
