Is there a way to dispute or ammend a divorce decree?

Divorce started amicable but after divorce decree was signed and divorce finalized - she is doing everything but what is listed in the decree...

YOu can file contempt. Why let her out of it if it was an agreement. Once a divorce agreement is finalized, it is final. And that is a divorce decree. NOT a custody agreement, support agreement or shared parenting plan.

?

this is the problem originally in the decree the marital residence was suppose to be sold and proceeds or debt was suppose to be split...the house was on market and price lowered to less than what was owed on house...she stopped paying her half and house was going to be foreclosed on so Ex Husband decided to try and take it over which at first she agreed but now is not agreeing to but is also not paying mortgage as well...does that make sense....
