Divorce decree adherence

On an Alabama divorce decree with my girlfriend and her ex, it states both parties will maintain responsibility for the vehicles each had at the time. She was the primary on both loans, and now he is consistently faulting on paying his loan, she gets the credit hits, and Alabama sheriff office says it's his car as per divorce contract. Can she sue him for breach of contract?Thank you
