Hello,my husband and I are getting divorced. He's the one that filed for that and paying an attorney.I can't afford one,I'm wondering whether I'll end up paying for a half of costs or he'll pay it all.We don't have any children, property together or a debts. Also I'm a foreigner and moving out overseas soon,he was saying it will cause me a lot more to take care of it from there. What do I have to pay for?I did not want to get divorced. Thanks for help

It is highly unlikely, given the information that you have posted, that you will be required to pay his legal fees.

However, you would be well advised to have an attorney of your OWN.
