divorce to facilitate medicaid?

What is the name of your state? Indiana
My wife of two years has a number of serious medical conditions that should qualify her for medicaid. She is currently on Cobra Insurance but that will soon run out. We have no children together. I have an IRA that I would essentially have to liquidate in order for her to qualify for Medicaid. I am self-employed and do not have insurance for her. We have considered getting divorced so that she could apply for Medicaid and not lose my IRA. We have no joint property or accounts so a divorce would be straightforward. I have seen online divorce options in Guam jurisdiction which would expidite the process for us. Is this a legal move? Any major drawbacks to consider?
