A married couple in the State of Washington are separating and will eventually divorce. How should the land that they own in Mexico be addressed? If, through the divorce, one of the people "get it", does the Mexican Government recognize Washington State Law? Or should this be addressed in Mexico..And should it be handled before or after the divorce? Anybody know anything about this???
