What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

Need help. Here is the senario. Wife and I separated March 3, 2008.
We had been having problems for serveral year before that. We
lost our home to forclosure and when we were required to move
I got my own place at that time. We have an an 19 yr old daughter
that was a freshman in college at the time that I left. I spoke with
her today to see if I could her to agree to a non contested divorce
and she will not agree to one because she just wants to make things
messy. What are my options and what can she possibly get out
contesting it. We have no accounts in both our names and both
vehicles are paid off. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

well if she is going to contest it, there really is nothing you can do to get around that. just file for divorce and have her served.
