I have been divorced for 1.5 years, ex-husband is getting remarried, house is still in my name, can I get my name removed, or can I sue him for the house?

My response:

Sure, as long as there was no written agreement to the contrary. You can sue him for "Partition" which will cause him to either refinance the home, or to sell the home. Either way, you get you share.
