Illinois I have just inheritaed my parents house. My husband & I are going to be getting a divorce (have not filed yet but soon) Is the house to be included in the divisable assets?

Not if it was left specifically to you (and not to both of you), but make sure not to mingle it with marital assets. Pay for upkeep, taxes, etc from separate funds.
