What is the name of your state? N.Y. I've been married for 34 yrs. and were seeking to get a uncontested divorce. I am thinking of purchasing a divorce kit on the internet. However If we take this route and later down the road she changes her mind as to the settlement [pension], does she have the legal right to get an attorny and take it to court to change it?
