Question

Divorce Kit?

I'm hoping a lawyer can help me with this question. I need to know if in Iowa you can file a self divorce kit for a no-fault divorce if you have children and property? Could someone let me know if the Iowa Codes allow this? Thanks

All states allow folks to file their own civil suits.

Whether it's wise or not is another issue.

But if you have no property and no kids, it should be something you can do on your own with good forms, diligence, willingness to research and a willingness to redo filings that are improper or incomplete.
