divorce law in canada

i am married since 1997,we no kids,we cant get well along and
having arguement every single nights,iwant to know about the
divorce law in canada,i live in the province of quebec,city of
montreal,and also we dont have pre-nuptual agreement,

pls could somebody explain this tome,
