What is the name of your state? Texas. My friend is going to court tommorrow in the morning. She has no lawyer and does not have a clue as to what she is going to say. Her husband has put a restraining order on her, but they live together in a brand new home they just bought. She doesn't know what to expect out of this hearing tommorrow. What should she bring to help her case? She has no lawyer and no money for one. Can the courts appoint one for her free of charge? Please help me give her advice! The home is in his name and his mother's. They made her sign over her rights to it with out any legal help. This all happened just recently. What should she look forward to hearing about? Is there a good chance she will not loose custody of her children over this? What type of restraint will this do to her and their kids?
