maryland - is there a required waiting period in which you have to be separated before you can get a divorce if you have evidence of adultery?

i have all the papers in order from when i contemplated divorce two years ago and would like to re-use them. i need to make some changes and could use some help -- particularly with obtaining property.

i would like to expedite the process if possible.
