Wal-Mart is hiring.

The move was your idea. Things are more expensive in Florida. The support order is a contract you made with your ex AND the court. And your son will be affected by this order either not at all or until he leaves college (since we don't know what the order says).

So, weighing all of these factors, I could say your chances are almost 100% in favor of NO.

It's unlikely you're going to get anywhere with it. At the end of the day, you agreed to the terms of the divorce. You don't get to turn around later and decide you don't like what you agreed to.

hmmmmmmmmmm
yes i did agree to the edict and even at the time i felt sold down the river...
married in the catholic church, divorced in a court of man.
27 years was a very long time, so in retrospect i should be grateful for the freedom of the release.
the only thing is he is where he is financely by the fact that he was supported during his education time(becoming a union journyman in the hvac industry) by me. this is the bitter pill, the sour grapes.
still i want, still i need and walmart is neat to shop but not the job i want and
need.

Then it's up to you to change your life so you can get the job you want and need, the things you want and need. If you felt sold down the river at the time - you had the option of NOT signing the settlement. You chose to do so - now you do have to live with that choice. Like it or not.

modify yes it means to change, so if it says modify due to different cirmsutances, you might have a good chance to try tomodify your order for I agree in this case if father makes good money and you don't then father can help out more in this case....Good luck!

When the change in circumstance is of one's own making, or one changes their mind as to what they agreed to, modifications generally don't occur.
