What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? I am a 76 year old man. My 40 year old wife is in a penitentiary. She has a habitual drug problem. I have metastatic prostate cancer and can no longer deal with ALL her issues. She is not going to agree to this divorce. What would be the cheapest way for me to "get out"?

File for divorce and serve her in prison.
