What is the name of your state? Hello. I'm living in Wisconsin but am a UK citizen. My wife is in the UK, am I able to file for divorce in the U.S.? Thank you for your help.

As long as you are a resident of the county where you file for the prescribed amount of time yes. Check with your state for the minimum amount of time you must be a resident. Usually it's 6 months.
