Divorce in Ohio

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio

Hello, I need some advice. I am about to divorce my wife of 3 years. She has committed adultery and I have the pictures to prove it. My question is I am about to get a lawsuit settlement from a suit that was filed long before we were ever married. Is she going to be entitked to any of that? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Probably not. Just keep the money separate and don't mingle it with your other accounts.

HOW did you get the pictures? And why do you think adultery matters quite frankly? Ohio is a no-fault state.
