What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MD

Can a divorce be amended? If so, is there a time frame?

A property settlement can sometimes be re-opened, but there is no where near enough information here to indicate that YOUR property settlement could be re-opened.

In addition, child support portions of a divorce can be amended if you meet the requirements in your state (usually, some change of circumstances must occur or some amount of time must have elapsed).

For that matter child custody can be modified as well. However, since the title of thread is divorce/pension, I don't think that the OP's question had anything to do with children.
