My brother lives in Oregon. His wife recently got upset with him, thought he was cheating, and moved everything out of the house. She took everything, even the dog, just left his clothes. I think she thinks this will get him back. Anyway they are gonna get a divorce.
My question is: Is this legal? She says that he isn't getting anything. He's in shock at the moment, never saw this coming. What rights does he have? They have many joint bills and he has paid for almost everything they own.
