Fairisfair, respectfully, I agree with your observation; and if it is a troll, i will rain hell on them,
which he or she will have wished they were being domestically abused!

Your absolutely right Fairisfair if the person is in his or her right mind!

It just burns my rear so to speak if it is a troll, because of the time and energy spent
in trying to help.

I am out, have a good one Fairisfair. :)

A note of descent

I agree OP needs to research this forum and reference the link provided (http://www.usdoj.gov/usao/gan/vicwit/federaldomesticviolence.html). That said, I give OP the benefit of doubt on the grounds (personal experience) that younger generations in developing countries such as the Philippines, Pakistan, et al., do not have easy access to PCs and tend to rely on cell phones for Internet text-messaging communications. As a result, the habitual and prevalent adoption of terms akin to 'bcoz,' 'plz,' and 'thanx' among these users is quite understandable. :)D)

I also don't think OP is a troll...If her story is true then she is most likely suffering from PTSD and that along with the ESL would explain her manner.

rafoo73 there is really nothing anyone here can do to help you, but since you have access to a computer I suggest you e-mail your local police dept Domestic Violence Unit and explain what is going on...They will send someone to assist you. Once you and your child are out of that situation they will also refer you to a DV shelter where you will be able to get other assistance and legal help with custody. Do not be put off by the thought of living in a DV shelter for a bit...They are for the MOST part nice places, with extensive resources to aide you in your recovery.
A lawyer can also assist you in any immigration issues you might have...you will NOT be deported for leaving this guy!!! I just want you to be clear on that!!

Research local women's shelters and contact them. They may be able to arrange an escorted exit so you can safely leave.
