Question

Divorce Question?

What is the name of your state? Kansas
My question is I got married overseas and she is not a legal resident of the U.S.. Tried to get her here thru the U.S. Embassy thru legal matter every time I tried I was turned down. It has been a long time to long since I last talked to her or wrote. I will not be able to get a hold of her to get separated so I can go on with my life. Is their a way to get a divorce without the other present?

Yes, but you will need an attorney. You will have to do everything possible to notify her of the divorce, and prove to the court that she cannot be found.

Hire an attorney and get this over with.
