divorce question

What is the name of your state? new york
I am in the middle of getting a divorce. My husband and I have a 11yr old son. My husband is working a job off the books. How do I go about getting child support for my son? By the way he earns $1200.00 a week.

file for child support, tell them everything you know about where he works, who for, how much he makes, how/when he is paid etc.
