My mother and father were married at the courthouse in York, South Carolina & now reside in North Carolina. I heard that if you were married in SC that after ninety days you could file for a divorce. They have been seperated now for more than 6 months. Please advise, anything will help. My question is how long do they have to wait before they can file for a divorce? thank you
