We were married in county jail in 1992.He was there for 8 years, got out for a short while then went back.
The marriage was never consumated but I was told I can't get an annulment.
I tried one of the do it yourself divorces and he refused to sign.
I have heard that he cant get a divorce in prison for $2.00. Is this true.
What are my alternatives for getting and inexpensive divorce? I am disable and currently wait for SSI approval>
Is there some sort of legal aid That I have been unable to find?
