i filed for divorce in one county and moved a month later to a different county, do i need to get it transferred to new county? will i have to wait for the sixty days to pass in new county? spouse refuses to sign waiver , he is in prison for assault and family violence against myself. he was sentenced to eight years would it be good idea to file for protective order as he comes up for parole again in august 2002... thanks
