| The question was not for me but for a friend. All the agreements were taken care of. Kids, house, etc. I guess I should have stated all that to start with. There was no fighting and it was not contested. I guess his wife just wanted out. Does the judge have a certain period of time within the law to sign the final papers or can he just let it lay until he feels like signing it? |
