What is the name of your state? NM My son and his wife aggreed on certain issues for a divorce in early Sept but his wife has never signed the papers. I need to know the laws on how long she can keep putting this off or is there a law saying the lawyer can push it through after 30 days without her signature. There is a little girl involved in the divorce and she uses the fact she hasn't sign the papers to control if he gets to see her or not.

He can't force her to sign an agreement. However he can push the case on to court and ask the judge to make the decisions and make the orders.

He needs to be careful doing that though. If the judge is the one who makes the decision then its very likely that everything will be very "standard". In other words, there may be things in the agreement that you son wants, that a judge wouldn't give him if the judge was making the orders.....and vice-versa for mom too.
