My father in-law passed away a year and half ago and left my wife in charge of the trust. Upon his passing the trust was dissolved, in the trust was a piece of farm land that will be sold in the next few weeks. My wife has stated that once the farm land is sold she plans on filing for divorce. If she does file for divorce do I get half money from the selling of the farm land?? What does Georgia law say??
