What is the name of your state? TEXAS My wife and I are trying to help a women friend of ours. She was done wrong and know`s not were to start. So Please help us help her. Her husband is from Canada but she meet him in Mexico the Country they were married there later they moved to Calif. and and went to Nevada to remarry in Las Vegas they have two kids they get a divoce cause he wanted it not her he was then offered a good job in the State of TEXAS he moved there leaveing her and the kids in CALIF. saying that he would send for her as soon as he got setted in that was SIX YEARS ago he finally sent for her after she was hounding him to do so. Now that she is there she found out he was liveing with an other women all this time. The other women he sent on vaction for a month or so . Our question is even thougth she was married in the Country Mexico never divorceing from there but was married in the State of Nevada Las Vegas and divorced there but mairred still in Mexico is it still valid in TEXAS or any were in there U.S.A. Please help us help her this women is a real nice person and so are her kids Thank You
