What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Oklahoma

Here's one I never heard of! I have a friend in the military, who after finding his wife had taken "liberties" all over post while he was on deployment is filing for divorce. She signed all required paperwork, and moved out of state. She was apparently under the impression a divorce would take up to 3mos, of which she was expecting his required "support" payments to her until the finalization. Now since that is NOT the case, she is stating she is pregnant and he cannot finalize a divorce in Oklahoma in her "condition". If she is pregnant, it is clear this is NOT his child- and it is clear she is not only doing this for money. What should he do? Can she do this?

If she is pregnant, he cannot finalize a divorce until after the baby is born and his paternity is disestablished via a court ordered DNA test. Sorry, but that is simply reality.
