Hello I am a Marine stationed overseas in Okinawa Japan. My home of record is Missouri and this is where my wife has been living with my daughter since April of 1999 when we parted ways. She has been recieveing support since she left as is mandated by the Marine Corps. My question is, is it possiable to file for a divorce while stationed overseas, and if so what would be the quickest method and the costs involved.
