Divorce without signature

California.

I have a husband that i have been seperated from for 1 year. I am in the military and stationed in Japan. My husband was baned from this base due to phyical abuse. I have sent him divorce paperwork several times and he refuses to sign the paperwork. is there anyway that i might beable to get divorced without his signature?

Yes, its possible to get a divorce without his signature, but it will be difficult to do from Japan, and virtually impossible to do without an attorney.
