My sister got a divorce about 10 years ago in the
state of Oregon. She decided not to include the
fact that there was a child born during the marriage
because she wasn't planning on daddy being involved
and didn't want any thing from him etc...now the ex-
husband is saying their divorce isn't really a divorce
because she left out this info (he was living in a different state when the divorce was granted) and says that they are
in fact still married. Is this true if you leave out things,
children, or property that a divorce could actually found
to not be a divorce? Is she still married?

Any insight will be greatly appreciated!

The creativity of things that people say to torture each other never ceases to amaze me.

They are divorced if they have a divorce decree or judgment from a court and the time for appeals has passed.

The fact that something was "left out" is not grounds to call the dissolution invalid.

If there is a child of the marriage and that child is not being provided for, the custodial parent needs to deal with that issue in the original court.
