Divorced Since 1985

What is the name of your state? OHIO

I WAS DIVORCED IN 1985, AFTER A 10 YEAR MARRIAGE. SINCE THEN, BOTH MY EX-WIFE AND MYSELF HAVE RE-MARRIED TO DIFFERENT PEOPLE IN 1986. I HAVE BEEN MARRIED FOR 21 YEARS THIS MARCH TO MY PRESENT WIFE. NOW MY EX-WIFE IS CLAIMING THAT SHE IS INTITLED TO HALF OF MY RETIREMENT! I HAVE 30 YEARS IN NOW WITH THE STATE AND WANTING TO RETIRE THIS YEAR. IN OUR DIVORCE PAPERS, THERE IS "NO" MENTION OF RETIREMENT PAY-OUT. IS SHE ENTITLED TO ANY OF MY PENSION? I HAVE WORKED TOO HARD AND NOT WILLING TO LET MY EX-WIFE TAKE WHAT I HAVE WORKED SO HARD FOR. SHE HAS HER OWN HUSBAND, AND THAT IS NOT ENOUGH FOR HER!! WHAT IS THE OHIO LAW PER 1985? AND WHAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT THIS?
